Project Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a specialist engineering and manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Project Manager. This is a key role within the Projects function, responsible for the successful delivery of complex engineering projects from contract award through to completion. You will take ownership of project performance across cost, time, quality, safety and customer satisfaction, working closely with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning teams. The role would suit a commercially aware Project Manager with experience delivering projects within an engineering or production environment. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of allocated projects, ensuring delivery in line with contractual requirements, agreed budgets, timescales and quality standards. Manage all commercial aspects of projects, including cost control, forecasting, invoicing, turnover and profit performance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and consistently met. Identify and manage technical, commercial and business risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develop appropriate contract and procurement strategies. Control project expenditure and programmes against agreed budgets and delivery milestones. Coordinate the full project lifecycle across design, procurement, fabrication, technical assembly, packing, shipping, installation and commissioning.
