Project Manager

to lead a major data centre and power project in Brent Cross. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, working closely with clients and teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.What’s on OfferPrivate Health InsurancePerformance Bonus

+ Bank HolidaysBirthday OffSupportive Company CultureRegular Company EventsKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex engineering projects with a focus on data centre and power infrastructure.Act as a role model in leadership, demonstrating ownership and accountability across all project phases.Engage with clients at a high level, ensuring expectations are met and relationships are nurtured.Oversee project controls, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key customers to deliver successful outcomes.Drive strategic planning and contribute to business analysis and development.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Identify risks and opportunities, making informed decisions to optimise project success.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 5 years’ experience managing engineering projects, ideally within the energy or power sectors.Proven track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.Strong commercial acumen and experience in preconstruction, procurement, and execution.Advanced project management skills including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.Proficient in project management software and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager looking to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth sector.
