Project Manager

Our client a Large Publci Sector provider are looking for a Senior PM 3-6 months 500.00 per day Umbrella Inside IR35! start date : ASAP This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of major construction and property projects, with a strong emphasis on housing developments - including both private and social housing. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets and procurement, and ensure projects are delivered to high standards, on time and within budget. A key part of the role involves stakeholder coordination, contract management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, all while aligning with the clients Asset Management Strategy. Proven experience in managing housing development projects is essential. The candidate : Previous experience of working in a similar environment. Local Authority or Social Housing. Desirable : Relevant professional membership CIOB , RICS or APM and appropriate degree level qualification Experience of managing construction and property projects in a similar organisation/complex environment on large scale projects ( 5M plus) on commercial or residential projectsSound experience of specifying and commissioning professional services and construction works including contract procurement, contract management plus the ability to manage and supervise a diverse range of works Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
