They are seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of taking full ownership of projects from pre-construction handover through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering commercial interiors projects and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced Design & Build environment. Responsibilities Full project ownership from inception to completion. Manage commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects. Develop and maintain client relationships. Manage procurement, programmes and subcontractors. Chair project meetings and provide client updates. Drive programme, quality and commercial performance.
