The business operates across refurbishment, fit-out, new build and building services projects, working with both private and public sector clients. With a growing workload and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking to strengthen their operational team with the appointment of an experienced Project Manager. The Role This is a hands-on Project Manager position with responsibility for managing several live construction projects from pre-start and mobilisation through to completion and final handover. Working closely with the senior management team, you will take ownership of your allocated contracts, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, labour, procurement and programme whilst maintaining control of cost, quality and health & safety.
