I''m working with a contractor that''s landed a -2m, 12-month student accommodation scheme in York, and they need a Project Manager who wants to run the job properly from start to finish.

The big selling point? This isn''t a role where you''ll be left doing the same thing for the next five years. The plan is for you to step into a more senior position once the project is successfully delivered, with larger schemes and greater responsibility already in the pipeline.

The role:

• Lead a -2m student accommodation project in York.

• Manage the programme, subcontractors and client relationships.

• Keep quality high, paperwork under control and projects moving.

• Work closely with senior leadership rather than disappearing into a corporate machine.
