Project Manager Location: Exeter, Devon Job Type: Full-time The Opportunity We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join an established construction team delivering projects across the Exeter area. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who can take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards of quality, cost and programme. You will play a key role in coordinating site operations, managing relationships with clients and subcontractors, and driving successful project delivery within a supportive and collaborative working environment. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring contractual requirements are met. Manage project programmes, budgets and resources, monitoring progress against agreed targets. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants and other key stakeholders. Lead on-site health and safety, promoting a proactive culture and ensuring all relevant standards and procedures are followed. Monitor project expenditure, maintain accurate cost records and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance. Oversee the quality of construction works, ensuring installations meet specifications and client expectations.
