The wider scheme is being led by a Project Director, with this role sitting underneath them as the project lead for a c.700-unit residential project, alongside a number of associated elements of the wider development. The project is currently moving through Stage 3 design, so this is a great opportunity to join at a key point and take the project forward through design development, procurement, mobilisation and ultimately construction and delivery on site.
