Project Manager - RC Frame ResidentialSouth LondonI''m currently working with a well-established main contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Project Manager into the team to lead the delivery of a large-scale residential scheme in South London.The project is a substantial RC frame development, and they''re looking for someone who can take ownership across the full project lifecycle, working closely with the design and commercial teams to ensure the scheme is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.This is a good opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys being involved in the detail and wants genuine responsibility for a project, rather than simply managing the construction team on site.The role will involve:Overall responsibility for the delivery of the project from construction through to completionManaging the site team and coordinating subcontractors and consultantsWorking closely with the Design Manager to drive design development, approvals and technical queriesWorking alongside the Commercial team to manage project costs, variations and commercial performanceProgramme management, sequencing and ensuring key milestones are achievedManaging client and consultant relationships throughout the projectEnsuring the works are delivered in line with the required quality, health and safety and programme standardsIdentifying and managing project risks and resolving issues before they impact deliveryProviding leadership across the wider project team ..... full job details .....
