Project manager - Design and Build - Essex

An experienced Project Manager is required as soon as possible for a young, growing Essex-based Design and Build company. The role entails managing multiple construction jobs - value up to 2m - from pre-start to handover, on high-end residential and commercial projects. The role is the focal contact point for several sites with duties that include: delivery of work to programme, budget and schedule co-ordination of suppliers, labour on-site and subcontractors establishing and developing excellent client relationships monitoring work progress and resolution of issues registering regular site reports and updates costings and budget and close liaison with the company''s commercial team adherence to UK Building Regulations and Health and Safety legislation site inspections and promotion of site safety variations and adaptations to works as required Applicants are required to have proven - 5 years plus - relevant Design and Build experience with first-rate organisational and communication skills plus: SMSTS First Aid Relevant Construction Management qualification (HND/HNC) Full, clean UK driving licence This is a superb opportunity with a young, dynamic company that offers real scope for career development in parallel with the growth of the company.
