Project Manager - Demolition

Our client is a well-established contractor specialising in demolition works across London and the South East. Due to a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple demolition schemes.This is a key role offering a mix of site and remote working, ideal for someone confident managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.The RoleThe Project Manager will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of demolition projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget.You will manage multiple stakeholders while overseeing site teams and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging demolition projects from pre-construction through to completionOverseeing site teams, subcontractors and programme deliveryEnsuring health and safety compliance in line with current legislationManaging project budgets, reporting and commercial performanceLiaising with clients, consultants and local authoritiesCoordinating logistics, sequencing and method statementsIdentifying and mitigating project risksSupporting tender and pre-construction activities where requiredRequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager within demolitionStrong understanding of demolition methodologies and sequencingExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong knowledge of health and safety regulations within ..... full job details .....
