Role Title: Project Manager - Data and Analytics Location: Birmingham (3 days onsite is mandatory) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6-12 months Pay rate: up to 495 per day umbrella only Role summary Project Manager with 10-12 years of experience to manage delivery of DAF/DAO initiatives end-to-end, coordinating across IHUB technology delivery and business stakeholder groups, ensuring governance, control, and on-time execution. Key responsibilitiesOwn and manage the end-to-end project plan, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedule (including SIT/UAT and release readiness).Drive day-to-day execution: backlog/plan alignment, delivery cadence, and cross-team coordination (IHUB + Finance/Risk stakeholders).Establish and run governance: project reporting, steering updates, and clear tracking of progress, risks, issues, decisions, and actions (RAID).Manage scope, change control, and delivery risks to protect timelines and outcomes.Coordinate key delivery events (planning, workshops, sprint ceremonies as applicable) and ensure stakeholders are aligned on outcomes and timelines.Track delivery status and produce concise updates on progress, risks/issues, and next steps; drive actions to closure.Ensure delivery artefacts and documentation are maintained to agreed standards and auditability expectations.
