Project Manager A well-established and rapidly growing interior fit-out and refurbishment contractor is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join its operational team. The business delivers high-quality commercial interior projects across multiple sectors throughout the UK, with a strong reputation for quality, professionalism, and client satisfaction. Due to continued growth and an increasing project pipeline, an opportunity has arisen for an organised and commercially aware Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through to successful handover. Location: BirminghamPosition: Project ManagerSalary: 70,000 - 80,000 per annum + car allowance + packageContract Type: PermanentAvailability: Immediately available The Role:Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Project Manager will play a key role in the successful delivery of commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors including office, retail, hospitality, education, and commercial workspace environments. The role requires an individual capable of taking ownership of projects from pre-construction and planning through to final handover and client sign-off.
