Project Manager Location: Yorkshire Employment Type: Permanent An established construction business is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its Small Works team, delivering a range of refurbishment, redevelopment and construction projects across Yorkshire and the wider UK. This is a varied role, with responsibility for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the successful delivery of construction, refurbishment and redevelopment projects. Plan and coordinate projects from pre-construction through to completion. Manage project budgets, costs, risks and opportunities. Coordinate subcontractors, designers, consultants and key stakeholders. Ensure pre-commencement, regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Work with design teams to develop safe, practical and buildable solutions. Manage subcontractor performance, programme and quality. Review RAMS, COSHH assessments and relevant safety documentation. Ensure projects comply with CDM and Health and Safety requirements. Work closely with Commercial teams on procurement, cost control and change management. Monitor progress against programme, budget and scope. Produce clear and timely project reporting.
