About the Company

A forward thinking, multi-disciplinary Construction and real estate consultancy based in London, are seeking a-Project Manager to join their team. Working in Commercial and offering multi-disciplinary services, they are well placed to capitalise on their reputation in the market. With several ongoing, long-term projects, the successful Project Manager will be joining a company that can offer stability and strong APC support. The successful-Project Manager will be joining an organisation who offer a full construction consultancy service in a cohesive, problem-solving manner.

About the role:

Our client is looking for a candidate who will work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering on time, to cost and to agreed specification,
• Ensure the integrity of project reports,
• Lead progress meetings and support stakeholder engagement
• Ensure the application of a safe working environment throughout
• Ensure the effective management and control of change, risks and action
• Support the Senior Project Manager in leading a multi-discipline team to achieve the objectives of an individual project
• Responsible for delivering on time, to cost and to agreed specification

About the requirements:

• Completed or about to complete a suitable qualification (degree and/or professional qualified to the suited Chartered Body)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and document preparation skills.
• Construction project management experience, preferably in commercial fit out-
• Responsible for own high-quality output and understanding of how his/her outputs contributes to programme and/or project.
• Experience within a Consultancy

About the salary:

Salary is negotiable, depending on the individual this will be up -55,000. Other benefits include, generous pension contribution, generous annual leave entitlement and amazing career progression, RICS support available, subscriptions paid for and private healthcare.
