Project Manager

Brilliant opportunity to join a leading construction contractor who are looking to recruit a experienced Project manager within their South based team.

This role does require someone who has experience with INDUSTRIAL SHED builds as this is the majority of their work.-

We expect this person to take full responsibility for one project in particular this will be in Letchworth with a value of around -10mill - you will take this all the way through to completion.-

To be considered for this role;

10 years + experience within construction

SMSTS-

Extensive knowledge around H&S Legislation

Proven project management experience within industrial build projects specifically

Must be proficent with ASTA-
