The role & about the client:
We are recruiting an Experience Project Manager on behalf of our client.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines and schedules
- Coordinate meetings with clients, subcontractors and team members
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Oversee day to day operations with the site
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
- Monitor work quality to ensure it meets building codes, plans and client standards
- Conduct regular inspections and resolve any issues that arise
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment
- Conduct and oversee safety meetings with the team
- Serve as main point of contact for homeowners
- Provide regular project updates
- Track milestones and produce close out documentation
- Relevant tickets and qualifications
- Relevant residential background
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, site plans and construction documents
- Skilled in Project Management software and programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
