• Lead retail, commercial office, hospitality, and event space projects operationally and commercially.
• Manage budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and programmes.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high standards.

• Go-getter with ambition, drive, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Able to manage up to two projects concurrently.

• Proven experience in commercial fit-out across multiple sectors.
• Confident managing clients, consultants, and project teams.

• Commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
• Leadership, organisation, and ability to inspire teams.
