We’re working with a well-established contractor who are looking for a No.1 Project Manager to lead a £4m scheme involving external repair works, a new roof installation, and a full internal strip out and refurbishment of an existing office building.
You’ll be responsible for managing the project from start to finish, overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and all day-to-day operations. The role will involve driving the programme, managing H&S, coordinating trades, and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout. You’ll report directly to a Contracts Manager but will take full ownership of the job on site.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering complex refurbishment projects, including structural and internal works. A strong ability to lead, communicate and push the job forward is key.
You must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
