Salary: -60,000 - -70,000 + Car Allowance

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background delivering timber frame projects?
Would you enjoy working for a specialist business, delivering impactful and technically interesting projects across the country?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning specialist within their field who are backed by a large national contractor. This position will see you playing a key role in delivering innovative and high-profile projects across the residential, education, leisure & commercial sectors.

Working as part of an experienced team, you will be involved in a wide variety of schemes that combine different construction materials including timber, steel & panelised systems. The company are recognised for their forward-thinking approach to offsite construction and pride themselves on delivering efficient, high-quality solutions for their clients.

Your knowledge and experience of delivering timber projects will be essential, as clients come to this business for bespoke and technically challenging solutions, helping to create some truly memorable and sustainable buildings across the UK.

We would welcome conversations with Project Managers who:

• Possess a background delivering timber frame or engineered timber projects
• Are able to produce and manage construction programmes using different software packages
• Have an understanding of reviewing contract documents and identifying any potential risks or programme challenges
• Can communicate effectively across all levels both internally & externally
• Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS Black & First Aid - CPCS Appointed Persons advantageous
• Possess the willingness and flexibility to travel to sites when required
