The successful Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from inception to completion. You will manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communication while ensuring risks are identified and addressed throughout. You''ll also take an active role in forecasting and financial reporting across multiple projects.

To be considered for this Project Manager role, you should have:

• A relevant degree or equivalent experience

• A minimum of 5 years'' experience in project management

• Strong skills in planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Experience with risk management and reporting

• Residential or commercial sector experience is desirable

• -45,000 - -55,000 salary (dependent on experience)
