Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to oversee projects from initial brief through to final file release. You will ensure all projects follow defined processes and timelines, meeting client expectations at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and standards

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including financial tracking

• Process timely and accurate invoicing in line with client requirements

• Monitor costs and aged debt, escalating issues where necessary

• Follow established workflows and guide stakeholders through each stage

• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met

• Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams

• Provide clear communication on project status, risks, and challenges

• Attend relevant project meetings and contribute effectively

• Develop and manage detailed project timelines aligned to client launch schedules

• Produce weekly workload forecasts and activity reports

• Support teams with artwork and pre-press queries

• Escalate risks or issues to senior leadership when required

Skills & Experience

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritise workload and meet critical deadlines

• Experience building and managing client and internal relationships

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years'' experience in project management

• Experience working with external stakeholders on project delivery

• Background in artwork, reprographics, or print production

• Strong understanding of managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Professional and confident in client-facing environments

• Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong team ethic

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Adaptable to new systems and bespoke software tools
