Your new role
You''ll lead the delivery of a major construction project in Edinburgh, managing all aspects from pre-construction through to handover. This includes coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining programme and budget control, and liaising with clients and consultants. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining site presence with flexibility to work from home.

What you''ll need to succeed
You''ll bring proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within one or more of the company''s core sectors: commercial, residential, hospitality, or student living. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of construction methodologies and contract administration. A relevant qualification and CSCS certification are required.
