A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver large-scale construction projects across education and leisure.

This is a key role within a well-established delivery team, managing complex schemes typically valued -40m+, from pre-construction through to handover.

• Full project lifecycle delivery on major construction schemes

• Managing programme, cost, quality, and risk

• Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors

• Client-facing role, representing the business at senior level

• Driving health & safety, sustainability, and quality standards

• Proven Tier 1 main contractor experience

• Strong background delivering projects -40m +

• Experience within education and/or leisure builds

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Commercially aware with strong programme control

• Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred
