Project Manager

Freelance Project Manager - Cut & Carve Refurbishment | Reading

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a -16m cut & carve refurbishment project in Reading. This scheme will run for 12 months, with responsibility through to CAT A completion.

The Role:

• Manage day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring programme, quality, and cost targets are achieved.

• Oversee subcontractors and consultants, coordinating across all disciplines.

• Provide regular progress reports and proactively manage risk.

• Drive successful delivery through to CAT A handover.

Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering cut & carve refurbishment projects.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing high-value packages on complex schemes.

• Available to start promptly and commit for the project duration.
