My client are a leading civil engineering and construction contractor. They are looking to onboard a project manager for an ongoing infrastructure and civils scheme being delivered in the heart of Essex. My client operate across multiple sectors including infrastructure, industrial/ commercial and civils.
Project manager responsibilities:
- Site meetings.
- Progress meetings.
- Quality meetings.
- Commercial meetings.
- Coordinating works with site engineers.
- Organising Material compliance and testing.
- Document control/RAMS/ITP Control/MMP control.
- Variations and control.
- Resource and labour management.
- RFI requests.
Project manager requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- CSCS card - White/ Gold/ Black.
- SMSTS.
- First aid.
- Proven experience in a project managers role.
- Experience with highways, earthworks and civils.
- IT literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
