Your new role
You will be responsible for coordinating key teams following a restructuring project, duties include:

• Being the first point of contact for clients.
• Managing client account operations, opening transfers etc.
• Supporting SLT and the CEO with managing teams and tasks progress across the organisation.
• Responsible for implementing, managing and reviewing the Company''s document control and Quality Assurance.
• Supporting the Team in the delivery of quality services to clients.
• Overseeing and regularly updating our supplier database, supplier terms, and relationships

What you''ll need to succeed

• Strong projects experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to implement processes using quality management systems.
