We are working with a leading specialist in facades and stone masonry, who deliver high-quality craftsmanship across commercial, heritage, and residential projects throughout the UK. An increase in their pipeline of work means we are now seeking a dedicated Senior Site Manager or Project Manager to oversee operations on their Lincoln site.

Role Overview
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Lincoln site, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth site operations and uphold our commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards.
Develop and maintain site programmes and schedules.
Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate trades.
Ensure quality assurance and adherence to design specifications.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety briefings.
Identify and resolve site issues proactively

Requirements
Extensive experience as a Senior Site Manager in construction, ideally with facades or stone masonry.
SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
CSCS card (Gold or Black preferred).
Strong understanding of health & safety legislation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Full UK driving licence.
