Project Manager

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:

We are looking for a Project Manager for either a permanent or long-term contract based with our client in Reading.

Immediate start available (subject to interview process)

Day rate it -500 per day or Salary Circa -130,000 per annum

You need to have a good understanding of Utility, Water Sector and Construction.

The ideal candidate will need a good understanding of planning, NEC4 Contracts, Programming to a degree, labour management and overall managing skill.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and delivery of Utility, Water and Construction projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and framework partners
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources
• Monitor on-site progress and address any delivery challenges
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal delivery teams
• Manage project completion, handover, and final account processes

Qualifications

• SSSTS Or SMSTS qualification
• First Aid trained
• In date EUSR Card
• Experience delivering projects within the water, utilities, or civil infrastructure sectors
• Strong understanding of construction project delivery
• Experience working within NEC4 contract environments
• Degree, HND, or equivalent experience in Construction / Project Management
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Full UK driving licence
