Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a respected consultancy in Leeds delivering construction projects throughout Yorkshire. The Project Manager will take a hands-on role in delivering residential, healthcare, and education sector schemes ranging from -5m to -50m.

The role is ideal for a Project Manager with a proactive approach who enjoys working across multiple sectors. As a Project Manager, you''ll work alongside senior leadership with strong mentorship and a clear development pathway.

The Project Manager will manage projects through RIBA stages, ensure contract compliance, and engage with clients, contractors and consultants throughout delivery.

• Degree qualified in construction, engineering or surveying

• MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB preferred or working towards

• Proven consultancy experience managing end-to-end delivery

• Strong communication, stakeholder and reporting skills

• Good understanding of contract management

• -45,000 - -58,000 per annum

• Support with RICS/APM/CIOB

• Paid professional fees
