TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a regional construction contractor operating across the Southern and central parts of the UK, including Essex, Kent, Cambridge and Peterborough on a permanent basis.

Due to significant project wins, this well-established construction business is looking to bolster its operational team with the addition of an experienced Projects Manager to work on multi room/accommodation projects including extensions and repurposing of existing spaces. Typical projects will be timber frame extensions and repurposing of bar and restaurant areas.

The Role

• Multi Project role
• Establish successful working relationships with site managers and project teams
• Manage clients’ expectations, chair meetings and update on progress
• Programme management and creation

The Person

• Experience in a project manager role within construction
• Good IT skills
• Organised and professional
• Good communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• ProCure experience would be beneficial
