Project Manager

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for Project Manager in the Cardiff area.-

The right candidate will have a Project Mangerment and Quantity Surveyor background.

This role is Temp to Permanent or Permanent.

It will be based in the clients head office in Cardiff.

The key responibilities

Create realistic project schedules, aligning timeframes with budgets and resource availability.

Prepare and manage project budgets and cash flows,-

Approve and review interim payment applications, invoices, and variations.

Administer and interpret contractual terms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, JCT).

Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring alignment with project goals.
