Project Manager

Due to continued expansion, a-fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager with experience or knowledge of the exhibition/events sector.

This is a super company to work for, based on the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon.

The company are very well established (over 35-years) and have a family friendly and values driven ethos.

The salary for this role is between -30,00032,000 depending on experience and skillset,-and there is also an opportunity to enhance this with a fabulous non-contractual commission scheme, which could be another -6,00010,000 depending on circumstances.- This role can be hybrid (after short qualifying period), and there can be-flexibility with working hours.

The successful Project Manager will work within a small projects team to oversee all aspects of a project''s or client''s requirements from handover to completion.

Due to the nature of the industry, occasional stays away should be expected, as well as some weekend work and very occasional European work.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:-

• The management of a variety of different projects and clients from inception to completion, with full project responsibility
• Meeting clients and finding solutions to fit their needs and budgets
• Budgetary control of events
• Sub-contractor and labour management on projects
• Carry out accurate and detailed costing of jobs (training will be provided)
• Liasion with other suppliers
• Attend events to handover jobs to clients

The ideal Project Manager will have

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in events or exhibitions
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills with excellent MS Word, including Power Point
• A multi-tasker with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence
• Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction
