Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a key new residential development in [Location].

You will take full ownership of the project from site setup to final handover, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Your Role:

• Drive the project programme, manage the budget, and oversee all site operations.

• Lead and motivate the on-site team and subcontractors to achieve key milestones.

• Uphold the highest standards in Health & Safety (CDM) and Quality Control (NHBC).

• Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders.

About You:

• Proven experience delivering new build residential projects from start to finish.

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work certificates.

• Strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle.

• Commercially astute with excellent problem-solving abilities.
