Project Manager

ole Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of a prison construction project in Newton Abbot. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in managing complex construction projects, preferably with Tier 1 contractor experience. While prison project experience is a bonus, it is not mandatory. The role involves coordinating the project from planning through to completion, ensuring all targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the project plan, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation.

• Lead project meetings, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure clear communication throughout the project.

• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project milestones and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with modular construction and prison projects is advantageous.

• Relevant qualifications in project management and construction safety.
