Project Manager

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Project Managers with a strong background in ductwork systems to join a growing team. This is a site-based role, requiring a hands-on approach to successfully deliver high-value, complex projects. We are looking for 3 x Project Managers for high value projects in the Midlands, Anglia and South West

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ductwork and ventilation projects from inception to completion

- Take a hands-on, site-based role in managing day-to-day operations and driving project progress

- Manage high-value projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment

- Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and best practices

- Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies

- Manage procurement, subcontractors, and supply chain activities

- Provide regular progress and financial reports to senior stakeholders

- Ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality standards

Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the ductwork or HVAC industry

- Strong track record of successfully delivering high-value, site-based projects

- Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front on-site

- Excellent technical knowledge of ductwork systems and installation processes

- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in fast-paced environments

- Commercially astute with solid budget and cost management experience

- Willingness to travel and work across multiple UK locations
