Project Manager

Our client, a leading consultancy delivering across multiple AMP8 water sector frameworks, is currently seeking experienced Project Managers to join their team. These roles are contract positions, ideal for professionals with civil engineering skills and a strong background in the water industry. The position offers a hybrid work environment and focuses primarily on non-infrastructure wastewater projects, with some infrastructure exposure.

• Overseeing the delivery of non-infrastructure wastewater projects
• Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and within-scope completion
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with goals
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project delivery
• Preparing and maintaining detailed project plans, reports, and documentation
• Mitigating project risks and resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Monitoring project progress and providing updates to senior management and clients

• Experience in civil engineering, particularly within the water sector
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in overseeing and delivering wastewater projects
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the water industry
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in civil engineering or related fields
