Project Manager Cut & Curve

I''m currently working with a key client of mine, a cut and carve specialist contractor, in assisting them with recruiting of a Project Manager for their -6m Cut and Carve scheme in Central London.

You will be responsible RC works, basement slabs, lift shafts, drainage, structural alterations and in-situ concrete package on a -6m Cut and Carve scheme. You will be responsible for delivery of the scheme, managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety and ensuring programme is met. The ideal candidate must have experience delivering cut and carve schemes.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate. This is a freelance position.
