The successful candidate will oversee multiple commercial CAT A and CAT B fit out projects , managing the delivery from pre-construction through to completion and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Due to the geographical spread of the projects, a full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential . When not required on site, there is flexibility to work from home.
