Project Manager - Commercial Fit OutLondon and Midlands We are currently working with an established commercial fit out contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Project Manager on board to support a strong pipeline of projects across Central London and the Midlands.The successful candidate will oversee multiple commercial CAT A and CAT B fit out projects, managing the delivery from pre-construction through to completion and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.Due to the geographical spread of the projects, a full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential. When not required on site, there is flexibility to work from home.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple commercial fit out projects, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.Key responsibilities will include:Managing multiple CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out projects across London and the MidlandsTaking overall responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to handoverManaging project programmes, budgets and key milestonesCoordinating subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal project teamsManaging client relationships and acting as the main point of contact throughout the projectMonitoring progress on site and ensuring projects remain on programmeManaging variations, commercial changes and project ..... full job details .....
