Operating nationally, they have built long-standing relationships with prestigious clients through framework agreements and repeat business.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project or Contracts Manager to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, managing programmes, subcontractors, client relationships and commercial performance while working within a supportive and growing business. Job RequirementsPrevious experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager within the construction industryProven experience delivering refurbishment, fit-out or Design and Build projectsExperience managing projects from pre-construction through to completionConstruction-related qualification (Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent)CSCS CardStrong commercial awareness and programme management skillsExcellent communication and client relationship management ..... full job details .....
