Working across rail, renewables, and civil engineering projects, you''ll manage the full project lifecycle from tender through to completion, delivering technically interesting projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role

You''ll be responsible for delivering multiple projects safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from tender through to successful completion.
• Oversee budgets, programmes, resources, and commercial performance.
• Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, plant, and materials.
• Travel to project sites as required.

About You

You''ll be an experienced Project Manager or Site Agent with a background in civil engineering and/or renewables who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering high-quality projects.

You''ll also have:

• Experience managing projects across the full lifecycle.
• Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
