Project Manager - Contract Management System CMS - Asset Management 3 Days Onsite - London 6 Month Contract Inside IR35 Brief: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Contract Management System (CMS) for a leading Asset Management organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of a Contract Management System Coordinate business, technology, legal, procurement and vendor teams Oversee third-party system delivery, testing, data migration and business readiness Manage project governance, reporting, risks and stakeholder communications Ensure successful adoption and transition to BAU Candidate Requirements: Proven experience delivering large-scale technology implementation projects Asset Management experience is highly desirable Experience implementing Contract Management, CLM or other third-party enterprise platforms Strong third-party vendor and stakeholder management skills Experience leading data migration activities and system integrations Ability to manage project plans, governance, budgets, risks and dependencies Strong communication skills with both business and technology stakeholders Modis International Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers in the UK.
