We are looking for a Project Manager to run our maintenance and repair works day to day alongside the directors. The role This is a maintenance and aftercare role on aluminium window, door and curtain wall systems, not a new build installation role. Most of our work is planned maintenance, reactive repairs and remedial works on buildings that are already lived in or in use, so you need to know how specific systems are built, how they fail and how to put them right with residents and building managers around you. It is a hybrid role with around three days a week on site and the rest in the office or working from home. Every day brings a different site and building, with PPM visits, reactive repairs and emergency call outs, so you need to be flexible and stay calm when plans change.
