This is a site-based hybrid position combining project management with day-to-day site supervision. The successful candidate will coordinate the programme, subcontractors, quality, health and safety, client communication and project reporting. Day-to-day of the role: Manage the project on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with the agreed programme. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and daily site activities. Monitor progress against key milestones and resolve issues that could affect project delivery.
