The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will also oversee supply chain performance, resource planning and compliance with retrofit requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage project setup, including site team allocation, handovers, budgets, subcontractor procurement and programme planning. Oversee Site Managers, Site Supervisors, Tenants Liaison Officers and site operatives. Hold regular team briefings to communicate programme priorities, changes and key milestones. Ensure sites are adequately resourced and project deadlines are met. Monitor subcontractors and supply chain performance to ensure contractual requirements are followed.
