This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in high-rise developments, live sites and firestopping/passive fire protection. The successful candidate will take a senior role in the delivery of the project, overseeing site operations, subcontractors and specialist trades while ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard. About the Company Our client is a specialist construction contractor with extensive experience across the UK, delivering works within passive fire protection, firestopping, fire doors, drylining and building safety remediation.They work across a range of major residential and commercial developments, including complex and high-rise projects.
