Project Manager Construction

Project Manager with experience in care home / village refurbishments.- Ideally you have care home / villages refurbishment experience managing 4-5 projects on a nationwide basis

Within our expansion a new opportunity has been created for a Project Manager-with experience in -planned maintenance, refurbishment and general construction.

As a Project Manager you will deliver 4 x 5 projects in a number of sectors. -This could include planned maintenance and care homes schemes. -Fit out of offices, Refurbishment of NHS and schools.

Project Manager duties

Project Manager with experience in care refurbishment, fit out and new build. projects ranging from -1 - -5 million

Manage a team of Site Managers.-

Liaise with Contracts Manger''s
Work with Quantity Surveyors / Estimator to deliver projects-

Assist as Project Manager and-have an active part in recruitment in this developing team.

This is intended to be an autonomous department within an established division.

Experienced in Project Manager with experience in refurbishment, fit out and new build. is essential

As Project Manager you will be based in the office but travel to site. -

Deliver circa -10m p.a. with a growing team.
Capable of design and detail specification review.
Responsible for implementation and monitoring of health & safety systems.
Capable of client management and development.
Responsible for high quality above industry standard finish on which we insist.
Oversee material procurement and scheduling.
Able to resource projects form internal and own contacts.
Management of Sub Contractors.
Reporting to director/ board level.
Manage drawing and information distribution both internal and external.


Would ideally suit a Project Manager who has experience of managing in care home refurbs / maintenance -schemes
