Purpose of the Role The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of highway and infrastructure projects across North Lanarkshire. This role provides leadership across all aspects of project planning, delivery, commercial performance, and stakeholder management, ensuring works are completed to the required standards. The Project Manager leads direct employees and supply chain partners, drives continuous improvement, maintains strong client relationships, and ensures compliance with legislation, company policies, and contractual requirements while achieving operational and financial targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage all areas of highway works, including general highway construction works, structures schemes, environmental projects, streetlighting and bridges. Responsible for health safety and wellbeing of direct employees and the supply chain to meet and exceed SHE targets.
