Start: September - Duration - 9+ months/Temp-Perm on offer
Rate: £280 - £320 a day

Are you an ambitious Project Manager or Site Manager with a reputation for delivering Construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard?

We’re working with a respected regional main contractor with a strong pipeline of repeat clients, and a commitment to quality.

They deliver Commercial, Hotel and Residential refurbishment projects 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mulitple quality refurbishment and maintenance projects
• Manage live project from start to finish
• Lead on the whole construction process to ensure project finshes on time and within budget
• Programming (Asta or MS Project)

Person Specification

• A proven history of delivering high-quality projects with precision and care
• Technical know-how—especially JCT contract experience—to guide smooth delivery
• Natural leadership skills to empower site teams and subcontractors
• Confidence in client and consultant interactions, building trust and strong partnerships
• A collaborative mindset—working seamlessly with commercial and operational colleagues
• Dedication to health & safety, championing best practices across the project
• Professional credentials in construction, and a hunger to keep growing
